The booking fee covers routine cleaning, heating, water and upkeep. Your part is to leave the space in the condition you found it.
Kompassi: In an office room it is enough to wipe the desk, take the rubbish with you or to the waste room, and clear away the coffee cups.
The technology in each space is meant to be used as it is: connect your own device to the existing socket (HDMI/USB-C) and do not unplug fixed cables, amplifiers or speakers.
Kompassi: The monitor, camera and microphone are already connected — plug in your own computer with an HDMI or USB-C cable and leave the cables on the desk where they were.
You may move furniture within the space, but return it to its original arrangement before you leave. A photo of the standard arrangement is on the door or the wall of the space.
Kompassi: Chairs back at the desk, lights and monitor off, door closed when you leave.

The booking fee covers routine cleaning, heating, water and upkeep. Leave the space as you found it: waste sorted into the waste room (on the Koksikatu side — your booking code opens it for the duration of your booking), surfaces wiped and furniture back in place.
